MANZONI BIANCO VENEZIA DOC

10.70

Created in the 1930s by Luigi Manzoni, Principal of the worldwide Viticulture and Oenology School in Conegliano named after G.B.Cerletti, it’s a crossbreed between fruity Riesling Renano and fragrant Pinot Bianco.

The numbers 6.0.13, distinguishing this wine from the other several hybrids Professor Manzoni sorted out, come from the exact position the plant had in the vineyard where the experiment took place. In this case 6.0.13 is referring to: the 13th plant of the 6th row.

Our Manzoni Bianco features golden reflections and notes of nectarine, pear, and acacia flowers. Soft and velvety with pronounced minerality on the palate, it pairs beautifully with asparagus and mushroom-based dishes.
