The Rechsteiner Millefiori Honey is produced directly in the estate’s Borgo, where bees can freely enjoy the park of the 17th-century villa.
Indeed, there is no shortage of hedges and melliferous trees scattered among the courtyards and pathways. Its density and warm golden colour are indicators of naturalness and quality, as the mass has been able to crystallise slowly and retain a rich hue.
Delicious with sweets and herbal teas or in yoghurt, it is inviting with cheeses, even mature ones. Useful for glazing meats, it gives a touch of elegance and freshness in salads and marinades.
It is gluten-free and suitable for consumption by vegetarians.
