Every month, in our cellar, we celebrate the excellence of our vineyards through the ‘Wine of the Month’ column, an opportunity to share our most representative products with you. For this May, we are pleased to present our Prosecco Frizzante DOC Treviso, a fresh, harmonious and delicately aromatic wine that perfectly represents the convivial spirit of our land. Produced with Glera grapes from our vineyards in the province of Treviso, Prosecco Frizzante Rechsteiner stands out for its fine and delicate perlage, the result of a slow refermentation in autoclaves that preserves its fragrance.
Organoleptic characteristicsIn the glass, it is a pale straw yellow colour with bright reflections. The nose reveals delicate fruity notes of green apple and pear, accompanied by a floral touch of white flowers: fresh, lively aromas that immediately evoke spring. On the palate, it is fresh and smooth, with subtle, delicate bubbles that invite you to take another sip.
Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with light appetisers, fish dishes, sushi, fresh salads, grilled vegetables and delicate cheeses. It is a versatile wine, also perfect for a spring picnic or an informal toast in the garden.
Our Prosecco Frizzante DOC Treviso is a tribute to Venetian tradition. Less intense than sparkling wine but more authentic, it retains a genuine soul, linked to the rural customs of the Marca region: an everyday wine, simple but well-made, always capable of creating special moments. An everyday Prosecco but never banal, with its cork closure, reminiscent of rural traditions but with a modern touch.
Serve it at 6–8 °C to bring out its freshness and aroma. It is the right choice for those looking for an immediate, clean and sincere wine — like the bubbles of spring.
