Our vineyards, the heart and soul of Rechsteiner Estate, stretch across the fertile lands of DOC Venezia, where tradition, sustainability, and innovation blend together to cultivate truly exceptional quality grapes.
Extension and Grape Variety
Our 50 hectares of vineyards are located between Piavon di Oderzo and San Nicolò di Ponte di Piave and are divided between white grape varieties such as Manzoni Bianco and Tai, and reds like Raboso and Carmenère, both indigenous and non-indigenous.
Our area offers a unique pedoclimatic environment which creates extremely favorable conditions for the production of structured red wines and elegant, fruity white wines. The land is predominantly clay-based and benefits from the protection of the Pre-Alps, while cooled by gentle breezes coming from the Adriatic coast.
Venezia DOC
Venezia DOC territory is a privileged area, located in the heart of the Venetian plain, where the mild climate and the variety of soils create perfect conditions for viticulture.
This land, nourished by Piave and Livenza rivers and the nearby Adriatic Sea, benefits from a constant breeze allowing the grapes to mature perfectly while preserving their freshness and aroma at the same time.
The clay and sandy soils which are rich in minerals, impart a unique complexity to the wines, and the local microclimate fosters biodiversity enriching every bottle of wine we produce.
Our hills and plains were and still are traversed by ancient trade routes, which have helped spread the highly successful viticultural tradition over the centuries.
We have a fairy-tale landscape where nature and culture coexist in perfect harmony, offering a sensory experience that goes beyond wine tasting, and immerses every visitor in a unique and beautiful atmosphere of tradition and innovation.
Vineyard Works and Harvest
The harvest at Rechsteiner Estate is a very significant event, where tradition and innovation come together. Glera stands out among the many grape varieties cultivated, and is used to produce world-renowned Prosecco.
Other complex top-quality wines are: Pinot Grigio, versatile and elegant, our red Carmenère which is rich and spicy, and the ancient Raboso, a symbol of strength and authenticity. Raboso is the latest variety to ripen and harvested entirely by hand, respecting ancient methods and ensuring the very highest quality.

Educational Vineyard
The Educational Vineyard is a special place where tradition and knowledge unite to showcase the magic of viticulture.
Designed for students of all ages, this unique space allows visitors to discover cultivation techniques, grape varietal characteristics and the importance of respecting the environment in a modern and effective manner.
An immersive experience is created to foster a love for the land and raise awareness around sustainability with emphasis on the deep connection between our people, culture, vineyards and wine.
