Any changes or new terms of sale will be promptly communicated to the Customer and will take effect from the moment of publication on the website, applying only to sales concluded after the publication.

Acceptance of the Terms of Sale

The contract between the Seller, Rechsteiner, and the Customer is considered concluded upon acceptance of the order by Rechsteiner. The acceptance is deemed implicit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer by any means. By placing an order using the various available methods, the Customer declares that they have read the information provided during the purchase process and accept the conditions outlined below. The Customer is therefore invited to carefully read these terms of sale and to print or save them on another durable medium accessible to them.

  1. PURCHASE METHODS

The Customer can only purchase the products available on the website https://rechsteiner.it, as described in their respective information sheets. The product information may be modified without prior notice. The images on the site are provided to assist the Customer in recognizing the products, but the photos may not exactly reflect the appearance of the delivered product.

On rechsteiner.it, the minimum purchase quantity is 1 bottle. Shipping is free for orders with delivery to Italy over 120€ and for orders with delivery to Germany over 180€.

The wines listed in the catalog are always available. If one of the ordered wines is out of stock, the word “out of stock” will appear, or the company will promptly contact the customer. The customer can cancel the order and receive an immediate refund or modify the order by selecting wines that are available for delivery. The purchase of Rechsteiner wines is permitted only to those over 18 years of age.

The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Rechsteiner.it through an automatic response email sent to the email address provided by the Customer.

This confirmation message will include the date and time of order receipt and an “Order Number,” which must be used in all future communications with Rechsteiner.it. In case of non-acceptance of the order, Rechsteiner.it commits to promptly notifying the Customer.

All prices on the site are intended to be retail prices and, therefore, include VAT. Rechsteiner reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. It is the Customer’s responsibility to register with accurate data and keep this information updated. It is the Customer’s responsibility to register with destination addresses within Italy only on the Italian-language site, and within Germany only on the English and German-language site.
On the Italian, English, and German-language sites, orders cannot be placed for destinations outside of Italy or Germany. If the Customer needs to ship to a country not included in the two mentioned above, they must contact Rechsteiner at the email address rechsteiner@rechsteiner.it.

Rechsteiner reserves the right not to accept any order, even if mistakenly placed on the website rechsteiner.it with a shipping destination outside of Italy and Germany, and to not issue any refund in the case of orders with a foreign billing address and/or foreign shipping address different from Italy and Germany. In such cases, the Customer may provide an Italian shipping address, and only after this communication will the order be processed. If the order is not accepted for the reasons mentioned above, Rechsteiner commits to promptly notifying the Customer via email or phone communication.

Should the customer choose to pay by bank transfer and the payment is not received within 30 working days of the order date, Rechsteiner reserves the right to cancel the order;

All amounts displayed on rechsteiner.it are in euros, which is the reference currency. Once Germany has been selected as the destination country, the system will automatically update the price of the products in the basket.

  1. SHIPPING METHODS

Rechsteiner.it delivers its products through specialized couriers within Italy and Germany only. Shipping costs are generally borne by the Customer and are clearly displayed at the time the order is placed. On rechsteiner.it, the minimum purchase quantity is 1 bottle. Shipping is free for orders with delivery to Italy over 120€ and for orders with delivery to Germany over 180€.
Upon receiving the goods, the Customer is required to check their condition. If the Customer has any doubts about the integrity of the goods, they must indicate this on the delivery receipt and accept the goods by signing the delivery note “WITH RESERVE OF CONTROL.” This allows the Customer to inspect the contents and inform Rechsteiner about the condition of the goods. Only goods in good condition will be charged. The Customer has 14 working days to report any damage in writing via email to rechsteiner@rechsteiner.it.

Packaging and Delivery Times

Rechsteiner relies on specialized couriers to ensure that its products arrive at their destination in the best possible condition. This guarantees the utmost care during handling. To best protect the bottles during transport, Rechsteiner uses specific shockproof packaging made from 100% recyclable material, which can be fully disposed of as paper in the separate waste collection.
The shipping cost varies based on the destination and the weight of the goods (six bottles, including packaging, typically weigh 8/9 kg). Some countries do not permit shipments. All shipments are traceable online through the websites of the logistics partners.

Depending on the destination area, deliveries may take between 24 hours and 4/5 days, unless there are unforeseen circumstances (but no later than thirty days from the order date). Deliveries will be made during office hours on working days, from Monday to Friday. For this reason, Rechsteiner advises providing an address where someone will always be available to receive the goods during this time frame, such as an office, a doorman, or a neighbor. The courier will make two delivery attempts: if the first attempt is unsuccessful, they will contact the recipient directly (usually by email or phone) to agree on the day and time frame (morning or afternoon) for the second attempt. No deliveries are made to post office boxes.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods, according to the following procedures:
• Send a written communication to the email address rechsteiner@rechsteiner.it, indicating the order number and the reason for the return.
• Return the goods in their original condition within 14 working days to the address: Rechsteiner di Florian Von Stepski-Doliwa, via Frassenè 2, 31046 Piavon di Oderzo (TV) – Italy. The return shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.

Once the wine bottles are received and their condition is verified, Rechsteiner will immediately initiate the refund process. The timing will depend on the payment method used, but in any case, it will not exceed 10 days.

Damaged or used products, even partially, will not be replaced or refunded. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or clearly customized.

  1. WARRANTY

The Customer purchasing as a consumer has the right to a warranty on the products and services purchased within 24 months from the purchase date and under the conditions set by law, provided that Rechsteiner.it is notified of any defects found, following the same procedure as for the right of withdrawal, within 2 months from their discovery.
