PRODUCTION METHOD:
Fermentation of fresh, moist pomace obtained from a gentle pressing of the grapes. Distillation takes place in copper pot stills using a discontinuous cycle. The rectification of volatile substances involves the removal of heads and tails, selecting only the heart of the distillate, the central part of the process, rich in aromatic compounds and ethyl alcohol

Colour: colourless and crystal-clear
Nose: honeycomb and wildflowers aroma
Taste: intense and persistent flavor
SOMMELIER NOTES:
Pairing: ideal served neat after meals, it stands out in the preparation of cocktails and long drinks, and pairs wonderfully with dark chocolate
Serving temperature: 10° – 12° or in a chilled glass. Before tasting, grappa should rest in the glass for some minutes: taking oxygen the fragrances are exalted and the nose-palate harmony is completed
